Tara, born into a family with a rich, culturally diverse range of musical styles ingrained from infancy, a product of her Cook Island heritage. A naturally inquisitive nature, helped to shape her love of performing different genres which you can hear manifest themselves, not only in Tara's song-writing, co-compositions and arrangements for iHiva but also in her musical delivery. A gifted vocalist, don't be fooled by her quiet nature, she can more than hold her own at the front of iHiva. A vocalist who brings a feminine edge to a traditionally male dominated scene.

Sosene
Sosene Iosia aka Sos, now Brisbane based with strong ties to his Samoan Culture via New Zealand, is a natural born teacher and entertainer that is ahead of his time, with an infectious smile and sense of humor to match.
Stylistically, Sozzy is
A prolific and talented musician with a strong background in drum n bass, jazz, gospel, funk and Reggae, he brings a sophisticated sound and fiery feel to iHiva's melting pot.

Jordan
New Zealand via Niue and now calling Brisbane home, Jordan brings the authentic style that is his distinctive trademark, equal part swing, power and passion. His deep pocket and informed melodic sense allows him to create the rhythmic backdrop for any occasion. Hear him play once and you will know its him every time. Fun fact, when Jordan is not rehearsing his monster beats or growing his drum kit/s, Mr 'just one more snare, bass kick or any other bit that he can find to enhance iHiva's sound, he spends many hours driving the mixing desk , producing all of iHiva's recordings to date, and for that we are truly thankful.

Paul
Paul, iHiva's Song-writer, Co-Song-writer and guitarist, born and raised in Brisbane, Australia, holds a deep desire to connect hearts and minds of all people through music, hence the lyrical content he writes for iHiva. Starting out on piano, he quickly gravitated
towards the guitar as a means of......oh forget it, he just loves playing the guitar. But seriously, exploring the idea of one world, one people, is his passion and iHiva is the perfect vehicle to deliver this message. Drawing on a range of musical styles, from Rock, to Reggae and all stops in between, adds to the big cooking pot of the iHiva sound.

Philip
Australian Born, Phil was raised in a very musical family and exposed to many musical styles from an early age. His knowledge of what makes a song groove and dynamic is second to none. Phil's gift for melody is unsurpassed, if you think you can see it coming, he's already there. if you think you know where he's going, think again.
Phil is One half of the rhythmic backbone who locks iHiva into place every time.
Phil is a Laser focused, lefty 5 string bass revving genius.

Vince Rangi
Vince Rangi is more than a musician, he’s a gifted artist, sculptor, and creative force whose rhythm guitar and uplifting backing vocals form an integral part of IHIVA’s sound. Quietly charismatic, witty and with chops, Vince’s grounded energy has quickly made him an essential thread in the tapestry of the IHIVA family.
A multi-instrumentalist from a young age, Vince honed his craft surrounded by the soul, reggae, and funk melodies that shaped his musical world.
Influenced by his Polynesian heritage, Vince channels culture and intensity into every performance. One listen, and you'll hear it all: history, identity, and heart woven together in rhythm.
